Insights from an Israeli conscientious objector.

Taya Govreen-Segal, a conscientious objector and activist, involved in a variety of projects and campaigns, among them the 2014 Refusers' Letter, New Profiles counselling network for military exemption, “Hamushim”(armed) – a campaign against arms trade,and additional campaigns on the occupation and military rule of Palestinian territories.
Taya recently finished her alternative service as a video journalist in Israel Social TV, a non profit independent media organisation promoting social change and human rights, and is currently interning with War Resisters' International in London.
